School shoes=UGLYYY!? My school has to wear the most hideous uniforms. We have to wear an oxford collar blouse under a plaid jumper. My questions regards towards shoes. This is what the handbook says: plain, chocolate brown, low or mid quarter or ankle length, lace-up shoes with regular size sole, no stacked heel and heel subdued neutral color for sole and heel. Shoes must be worn properly. NO BOOTS!!! No Deck/Boat Shoes!! So yeah. I hate Clarks with an absolute passion. Give me a link?

Need help finding school uniform shoes!? I go to a Catholic high school and there is a uniform. It's a green polo shirt with khaki pants that we have to buy from a certain store b/c they both have the school logo on them (sucks, i know). The uniform requires shoes that are either all dark brown or all black. I want to get brown ones so i don't have to buy a new belt, since mine is dark brown. The shoes have to be completely leather (or fake leather) and they must have laces. The entire shoe must be the same color throughout, any designs or stripes or whatever must also be dark brown. An example of an approved shoe (almost everyone wears these b/c they're so comfortable) would be the Sperry Women's Authentic 2-Eye Boat Shoe in the Sahara color (seen here: ). These are a bit above my price range. Any ideas where they sell them cheaper, or knock-off versions? Any other shoe ideas would also be appreciated. Thanks! Shoes with full backs -‘wallabie-style’ is OK, ‘mule-style’ is not. Colors are limited to black, brown or saddle-oxford. No boots (hiking, western or army) and no slipper-type shoes are allowed.
